I was double charged, what should I do?

Yikes! Please send us an email and we’ll get that resolved for you. We'll be able to refund duplicate purchases within 24-48 hours. Please make sure the check your Purchases page after the refund to make sure you are using the accurate serial number assigned to your name's ownership.
